Buttons stop working on this model. I've had many uniden phones that were excellent. This model has a serious problem.

Yes, this phone system is wonderful - great features - BUT - after maybe 2 years of light usage - the 4-way button which controls ALL of the wonderful features- stops working! On BOTH handsets within a day or two of each other. Lots of phone #'s stored in there - can't access them. Now it's just a phone. And I've lost a lot of numbers. And I can't check caller ID record. And I'm very annoyed.
I swear I'm going back to the old-fashioned way - a rolodex and a plain old phone with a cord.

i bought this as replacement for another fancy drop dead(literally used to drop dead on me) phone. I am using this for over an year now and have no issues so far.

Crystal clear sound, long battery life, nice shape and features set. I have had great luck with Uniden phones over the years and this system is the best of the bunch.
If you need a multi unit system, this is the way to go. DECT technology means no interference with your wireless router either.

I purchased this phone system several months ago and already two of the five handsets are toast. I don't know what's up with Uniden, but I'll never buy another of their products.
